a little bit about us
Tom and Rhian Wooldridge founded TAW Garden Landscapes in 2007, and have been working hard to transform gardens across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire ever since. With a skilled team and a strong sense of creativity and customer service, TAW have established themselves firmly as a friendly, professional and highly-skilled business who deliver the best to their customers every time.
Based in Lightwater, Surrey, we have access to some of the highest-quality materials in the south of England, and always source products tailored perfectly to your needs. We know that every garden is as unique as it’s owners, and it is your inspirations and ambitions combined with our skills, technical knowledge and craftsmanship that make our service so personal. That is why we will always give a free consultation to anyone who is interested in altering their garden, and will carefully incorporate your ideas for your outdoor space with other factors such as your lifestyle and interests. Should your garden be used for entertaining, working, relaxing or exercising your green fingers, we want to help you make your green space special.
We have a wonderful group of people who work hard every day for TAW Garden Landscapes, and this is because they are passionate about what they do and the results they produce. We have three skilled teams of hard-landscapers and a dedicated soft lnadscapimg and garden miantence division, as well as our very own talented garden designer.
Every member of our team is creative, approachable, polite and courteous, and all with a fine attention to detail and a flair for their trade. All of us pride ourselves on the quality of each and every single project we carry out, and this is what sets us apart from other landscaping companies - we strive for perfection every time.
Making sure our customers are happy is incredibly important to us, so we will always:
Meet with you in person, ideally at your home, to give you a free consultation and to discuss your ideas for your garden
Offer honest, reliable and practical advice based on our extensive experience and knowledge
Give you a written estimate for the work you require, detailing exactly what is to be carried out
Be on the other end of the phone or an email should you wish to discuss any aspect of your estimate
Give you an anticipated start date, and keep you thoroughly informed should this need to be altered
Give you a likely timescale for the project to be completed
Lay out a clear payment schedule for the project
Ensure that you are happy and comfortable with all works whilst they are being carried out, and with the finished result of course
