Garden construction

Once our customers have a garden design that they are 100% happy with, it is time to look towards the construction phase.

This always starts with a consultation to assess the design itself whilst standing in the space, and to look at other aspects of the project such as access, drainage, storage, levels changes and any other challenges that need to be considered. We are then able to present our customer with a quotation which itemises every step of the project, breaking each stage down for them to truly understand how their budget is allocated. Transparency and integrity are incredibly important to us, so we always strive to ensure that our customers have as much of an understanding as possible about the cost allocations of their garden build as we move forward.

The journey from initial concept through to final completion is carried out with meticulous care and professionalism; once our customers instruct us to begin their build our process begins with a thorough site assessment, ensuring the site's conditions are fully understood, then progresses to detailed planning and scheduling so every stage is costed, resourced and timed accurately. We engage skilled trusted suppliers, maintain clear and consistent communication throughout, and manage all on-site work with rigorous quality control, environmental consideration and safety standards. Regular progress updates, transparent records and open lines of contact keep you informed, and before handover we conduct a comprehensive inspection, careful final touch-ups and client walk-through so the finished garden meets our exacting standards and your expectations.

Garden maintenance & aftercare

Once your new garden is complete, our garden maintenance team provides a tailored care programme designed to keep it looking its best throughout the year. We carry out regular visits for mowing, neat edging, corrective and shaping pruning, thorough weeding and seasonal planting, monitor soil health and feed lawns and borders with appropriate, targeted fertilisers, and manage irrigation systems to ensure efficient, water‑wise operation. Shrubs, hedges and trees are pruned to promote healthy structure and enhanced flowering, while pest and disease issues are identified early and treated using environmentally responsible methods. We can readily adjust frequencies or services to suit changing needs, whether you require weekly care, seasonal tidy‑ups or bespoke project work.

We can maintain any garden on a regular schedule—even if we didn’t design it—starting with a full assessment of soil, plants, drainage and features, then a tailored plan covering seasonal pruning, lawn care, weed/pest control, fertilising, soil improvement, hedge trimming, mulching and irrigation checks. We work to your preferences and the garden’s style, making incremental improvements (replacing failing plants, refining planting for structure and year‑round interest, installing efficient watering) while keeping punctual visits so the garden stays healthy, tidy and true to its character. We pride ourselves on being reliable and professional, keeping clear lines of communication open.

Our maintenance team, our RHS trained, fully insured, and have their own equipment and machinery. Our team are incredibly trustworthy, and many of our customers have been with us for many years.

Garden design

Our team collaborates closely with a select group of brilliant designers, many of whom we have worked with for years, forming trusted, professional relationships built on mutual respect and a shared commitment to excellence. These designers bring visionary concepts and meticulous attention to detail, while we contribute practical expertise in materials, planting and construction to ensure every project is both beautiful and durable. Because our partnerships are founded on clear communication and proven results, clients benefit from seamless coordination, creative problem‑solving and consistently high standards.

Commissioning a garden designer brings professional expertise that transforms outdoor spaces into cohesive, functional and beautiful environments tailored to your needs; they combine knowledge of horticulture, soil, climate and plant selection with principles of layout, scale and aesthetics to ensure long-term success and low maintenance, avoid costly mistakes, and maximise the value and enjoyment of your property. A designer will create a clear plan that integrates hard landscaping, planting schemes, lighting and drainage, coordinate contractors and budgets, and anticipate seasonal interest and growth, delivering a polished result that reflects your lifestyle while saving you time, money and frustration.

We as landscapers prefer to begin each project with a bespoke garden design because it gives our team a clear roadmap and ensures every decision contributes to a cohesive, functional outdoor space. By developing a detailed plan—considering site conditions, soil, drainage, planting palette, hardscape materials and the way the space will be used—we minimise surprises, control costs and streamline installation. A good design also allows us to sequence work efficiently, coordinate subcontractors and select materials that age well together, so the finished garden feels purposeful and effortless. Throughout installation we refer back to the design to keep the build faithful to the vision, and we provide clients with phased options and maintenance guidance so the garden matures exactly as intended.
